Healthy cooking is one of my true passions! I love cooking with freshest and cleanest ingredients turning boring dishes into delicious, juicy, nutritious meals that both you and your body will LOVE!
My classes are are a mix of hands-on cooking, kitchen tips, and nutritional information. I customize classes based on your dietary needs and prefferences (vegan, vegetarian, raw, dairy-free, gluten-free, Paleo, etc.).

The class includes a FREE 1-hour Health History consultation prior to the class (face to face, via Skype or by phone) to determine your current health challenges and goals.
